TRAINING...
I AM GETTING FASTER! sprint training again, but no coaching so it was more of a free training session, did the hills and just sprinted as much and as fast as i could… I FEED THE WOLFS! The Wolfs made a killing of two roadies and one little car that are able to drive on the bicycle paths here (I used it as a wind shield). I raced the weather. I felt so much faster. MUST GET FASTER! ...
