Fish from Amsterdam, one of the fastest men I have ever shared the track with (also a great coach) placed 27th… 1st international out of towner… A great guy, I miss him a lot. He is also an excellent messenger. I hope people recognize the skill of this silly dutch man!

Today is a very sad day. Fellow messenger/courier was killed today in London. I am very sad about this. I take this very serious. RIP Henry Warwick (A real stand up guy).
